Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Autoload Catalog Subtask

Use the Autoload Catalog subtask to load an entire product catalog of items into the main screen table window.

Set up price catalog codes, descriptions, transaction currency, and default country on the Manage Price Catalogs screen. You can load more than one catalog for a given proposal/revision combination.

Field Description
Catalog

Enter, or click to select, the product catalog that contains the items that you want to load into the main screen table window. The catalog description displays in the adjacent, unlabeled field.

Autoload

Click this button to load the end items from the selected product catalog on the main screen's table window.
