Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Define Export Parameters for the Integration Process

Export parameters refer to the criteria that you define in order to limit the integration process to a specific range of data.

For example, if you only need to transfer the address information of Commercial type customers to GovWin Capture Management, you will need to go to the Configure Customer Options screen in Costpoint and then perform the following procedure.
  1. From the Options drop-down list for Customer Types, select One.
  2. Enter, or click binoculars.gif to select, Commercial in the Start field for Customer Types.
  3. In the Select Customer Information group box, select the Addresses check box, and leave the Basic Information and Address Contacts check boxes blank.
Note: In order to run these applications, you must be licensed for the Deltek Costpoint to GovWin Capture Management Integration (Web Service). Please confirm that your Costpoint and GovWin Capture Management data are configured correctly (for example, data types and level setup, including organization, project, and account structures) before using this interface. If you have any questions or problems, contact Deltek's Application Integration Group or Deltek Technical Support.
