For applications or result sets that have an approval workflow defined and that is active, an Approval button is displayed on the application toolbar.

This button displays in different colors, depending on the stages of the approval workflow:

• Default (toolbar color): The approval workflow has not started.
• Orange: The approval workflow has started, but the approval status is still pending.
• Green: The approval workflow has completed.
• Red: The approval workflow has been rejected.

When you click the Approval button, the Approve dialog box displays.
