Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Screen Fields

In stand-alone Time & Expense installations, use fields on this screen to enter, view, or update basic information for UDT03.

Basic Information Fields

If your version of Time & Expense is co-deployed with Costpoint, all UDT03 field values are display-only and are maintained directly within Costpoint.

Field Description
UDT03

Enter a 20-character, uppercase alphanumeric UDT03 code. Each code must be unique.

Note: The number of characters you enter cannot exceed the size set up in the General Settings screen for UDT03.
Description

Enter up to 120 characters for a UDT03 description. You should make descriptions as short as possible and properly capitalize them because they are used in drop-downs, Lookups, and as column headings for reports and inquiries.

Active

Select this check box if the UDT03 is active.
