UDT09S

Use this screen to maintain UDT09 records in stand-alone Time & Expense installations, or in co-deployed installations, to view data that populates from directly from Costpoint.

When Time & Expense is co-deployed with Costpoint, the fields on this screen populate directly from Costpoint > Accounting > General Ledger > Organizations > Manage Organization Elements and are display-only. Note also that records cannot be added, copied, or deleted

You can link an UDT09 to UDT01s, UDT02s, and a UDT03 (stand-alone installations only). Because of this, you can use UDT09 for many purposes. Common configurations either use UDT09 as some type of sub number to the prime charge (UDT01 and/or UDT02), or as some type of organization field that can be filtered based on what charge is used or can filter the charge based on its value.

Note:

This field is the Organization. It can be linked to UDT01 or UDT02. You cannot delete a UDT09 that is being used on a timesheet line, an expense report, or an expense authorization.
