Print Accrued Leave Reports
Create a new leave period in the Print Accrued Leave Reports screen from the People domain.
To print employee leave balances:
- On the Print Leave Accrual Report screen, use the fields in the Identification group box to create a new parameter ID or use Query on the toolbar to retrieve an existing parameter ID.
- Enter the Effective Date of the report in the Selection Ranges group box.
- Enter the Leave Year of the report in the Selection Ranges group box.
- In the Selection Ranges group box, enter the range of Leave Cycle, Leave Type, and Organization for which you want to print the accrued report.
- In the 1st Sort drop-down list, select whether you want to sort employee records primarily by Home Organization, Employee Name or Employee ID.

2nd Sort drop-down list , select the secondary sort options.
The options available in this group box depends on the primary sort option you selected.
- In the Include group box, specify whether you want to include part-time employees, temporary employees, leave lost, and deferred leave in the accrued leave report.
- Select the Page Break on Employee check box to insert a page break after each employee record.

Click
on the toolbar to print the Accrued Leave Report.
Note: When you close the Print Accrued Leave Report screen after printing a report, the Save Parameters screen displays, providing you with the option to create a report setup based on the parameters that you used in printing that particular report.
If there are already existing report setups, you can use on the toolbar to display these setups. You can then select the setup appropriate for your report.
