Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Invoice Totals Subtask

After selecting an invoice, use this subtask to view billing costs in both your company's functional currency and the billing currency.

You cannot modify the fields in this subtask.

Use this subtask at any time to view selected invoice amounts.

Exchange Rates

Field Description
Billing to Functional

This non-editable field displays the rate used for the invoice.

Invoice Totals

Use this group box to view the invoice information in both the billing currency and your company's functional currency.

These non-editable fields display the functional and billing currencies.

Tax Amount

This non-editable field displays the total tax on the invoice from the main screen.

Other Charge 1

This non-editable field displays the other charge information from the main screen.

Other Charge 2

This non-editable field displays the other charge information from the main screen.

Other Charge 3

This non-editable field displays the other charge information from the main screen.

Total Invoice Amount

This non-editable field displays the total invoice amount from the main screen.

Discount Amount Available

This non-editable field displays the discount amount available from the main screen.
