Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Supervisors Subtask

Use the Supervisors subtask screen to add or delete supervisors for the group displayed. The data is sorted alphabetically by Supervisor Name.

Screen Fields

Field Description
Supervisor Name

This column displays the names of the supervisors of the selected group.

Supervisor ID

This column displays the employee IDs of the supervisors of the selected group.

Function

This field displays the supervisor's function for this group. Valid options are all the functional roles set up in your system with employee type rights.
