Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Manage Interface Configuration and Scheduler Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Interface Configuration and Scheduler screen.

Identification

Use this block to specify which interface you want to integrate to Costpoint.

Field Description
Interface ID

Use this field to enter, or click binoculars.gif to select, the identification code of the interface you want to integrate to Costpoint. The field to the right displays the descriptive name for this interface ID.

Instance ID

Use this field to enter a code that identifies this Interface ID record with the current settings for this record. If you want to create another instance of this interface ID with different settings, create another record with a different instance ID.

Autoload

Click this button to automatically load default instance objects for this interface ID record.

Tabs

This screen consists of the following tabs that help you set up integration interfaces:

  • Interfaces: Use this tab to view more information about this interface instance ID. You can also reset the interface processing status and specify additional options.
  • Configuration: Use this tab to enter configuration information for this interface instance ID.
  • Source/Target Definition: Use this tab to enter source and target information for this interface instance ID.
