Enter, or click to select, the project abbreviation affected by the ECN. This field must have a valid project abbreviation from Manage Project User Flow screen. The first row defaults from the Project Abbrev field in the ECN Related Charges group box.

This field displays the name of project.

Select this field if this project will be used to determine which users can approve this ECN. You must select at least one project for approval if the assigned approval process contains one or more approval titles that validate users against assigned projects.

The column displays the prime contract number if the project ID entered is for a top-level project. If the project entered is not top-level, the default value of the prime contract number from the top-level project ID displays.
