Routing Documents Subtask

Routing Documents subtask displays a list of the documents that are linked to the selected routing line.

Contents

Field	Description
Part, Rev	These fields display from the main screen.
Routing Number	This field displays the routing ID and routing description from the main screen.
Operation Sequence	This field displays the operation sequence number of the operation sequence line being viewed.
Step	This field displays the step number of the operation sequence line being viewed.
Alternate Operation	This field displays the alternate number of the operation sequence line being viewed.
Operation	This field displays the operation ID.
Work Center	This field displays the work center ID associated with the selected operation code.

Table Window

Field	Description
Type	This field displays the document type of the document associated with the routing line.
Document	This field displays the ID of the document associated with the routing line.
Rev	This field displays the revision of the document associated with the routing line.
Name	This field displays the name of document associated with the routing line.
Status	If this document is established on the Documents or Release Documents screen, the status of the document displays here. The system-defined options are: Unreleased Released Obsolete
CAGE	If this document is established on the Documents or Release Documents screen, the document Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) code displays here.
Organization	If this document is established on the Documents or Release Documents screen, the organization assigned to the document displays here.
Sheets	If this document is established on the Documents or Release Documents screen, the number of sheets in the document displays here.
Size	If this document is established on the Documents or Release Documents screen, the document size displays here.
Media	If this document is established on the Documents or Release Documents screen, the document media code displays here.
Configuration	This field displays the configuration.
Maintenance Group	If this document is established on the Documents or Release Documents screen, the document maintenance group displays here.
Last ECN	If this document is established on the Documents or Release Documents screen, the last Engineering Change Notice (ECN) associated with this document displays here. You can access ECN information in the Engineering Change Notices module.
ECN Pending	If this document is established on the Documents or Release Documents screen, this field displays Y (Yes) if the document is referenced on an ECN that is pending. Otherwise, this field displays N (No).
Effective Starting Date	This field displays the date when the document becomes effective.
Effective Ending Date	This field displays the date when the document stops being effective.
Print on Assembly Sheets	This field displays Y (Yes) if this document is to be referenced on manufacturing order assembly sheets, and N (No) if not.
Print on Receipt Travelers	This field displays Y (Yes) if this document is to be referenced on receipt travelers, and N (No) if not.
Print on Routing Travelers	This field displays Y (Yes) if this document is to be referenced on routing travelers, and N (No) if not.
Print on POs	This field displays Y (Yes) if this document is to be referenced on purchase orders, requisitions, and requests for quotes, and N (No) if not.
Location	This field indicates where this document is stored on the network.
