  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Extensibility Units Subtask

Use this subtask to associate extensibility units to a UI profile.

An extensibility unit is a logical collection of customized software components which includes business logic rule modifications and additions as well as screen customization modifications.

Field Description
Extensibility Unit

Enter, or click binoculars.gif to select, an extensibility unit to associate with this UI profile.

Name

This field displays the descriptive name of the Extensibility Unit.

Valid

This field displays Y if this extensibility unit can be used for this UI Profile. Otherwise, this field displays N. When you select an invalid extensibility, Costpoint displays the following warning message before you can continue: "This Extensibility Unit is invalid."

Active

Select this check box to enable this extensibility unit for this UI profile.
