Manage Approval Workflow Case Status

Use the Manage Approval Workflow Case Status screen to manage and monitor the status of a single case, or multiple cases.

In the Manage Approval Workflow Case Status application, you can:

  • Display the current status of workflow model cases.
  • Filter workflow model cases based on various criteria, such as:
    • Case start and completion dates.
    • Case status (In Process, Approved, Rejected).
    • All cases currently assigned to a specific user.
    • All cases approved or rejected by a specific user.
  • Take action on an individual case or bulk action on multiple cases, such as:
    • Initiate reminders and escalations for In-Process cases.
    • Redirect or delegate workflow cases.
    • Reject workflow cases to the beginning of the model.
    • Reject a specific workflow case to a specific activity in the model.
    • View the activity history (including rejection tracking) for individual cases.
    • Delete workflow cases.
Note: You must be an assigned owner of a model to view and manage its workflow cases on this screen. A model owner can have read-only, update, or update and delete access to cases. With the correct access, you can designate users as model owners on the Approval Workflow Model screens in the Approval Workflow Owners subtask. A workflow model can have multiple owners.
