Report Results
The results that display the Print Commitments screen depend on the criteria you selected.
Column Headings with Results Sorted by Employee
If you sort by Employee, the following columns display in the report:
- Employee
- Employee Name
- Commitment Amount
- Base Currency
- Commitment Calculated Time/Date
Based on the criteria and parameters you selected, a row displays for each employee who has expense commitments. The Commitment Amount column displays the total amount per employee. To view the individual commitment amounts by project, click the plus sign (+) to the left of the employee's name.
Column Headings with Results Sorted by Project (UDT02)
If you sort by Project, the following columns display in the report:
- Project
- Commitment Amount
- Base Currency
- Commitment Calculated Time/Date
Based on the criteria and parameters you selected, a row displays for each UDT02 that has outstanding expense commitments. The Commitment Amount column displays the total amount per project UDT02.
