Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Assigned Users/User Groups Subtask

Use this subtask to specify which user and/or user groups can access a UI profile.

You must first set up the Manage Users and Manage User Groups before you can enter data in this subtask.

Field Description
User/User Group

Enter, or click binoculars.gif to select, a user or user group ID to associate with this UI profile.

Name

This field displays the descriptive name for this User/User Group.

Type

This field displays User when you enter a user profile, or User Group when you enter a user group profile in theUser/User Group field.

Company

Enter, or clickbinoculars.gif to select, a company to associate with this UI profile.
