Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

General Tab

Use the fields on this tab to specify general information about a customer or prospective customer.

Field Description
Customer Type Enter, or click to select, a customer type for the prospective customer.
Customer Status

This field displays the status of the customer or prospective customer. Valid values are:

  • Hold
  • Ok
  • Pending
  • Warning

For new prospective customers, this field defaults to Pending.

Customer Web Site Enter a link to the customer or prospective customer web site.
