Use the Organization Non-Contiguous Ranges subtask to enter non-contiguous organization records.
You can select individual records or a record range. This subtask is useful if you want to enter sequential and non-sequential organization records.
After you enter your record selection, you should review this data carefully to ensure the list displays only records you want to include on the Print Missing Timesheet List. Click the
OK button if you are satisfied with your record specifications.

Field | Description |
Range Option

From the drop-down box to select the range option for your report. Valid options are:
- One: Select this option to include only one record. You must enter that value in the
Start Organization field. The
End Organization field is disabled for this option.
- Range: Select this option to include a contiguous range of records. You must enter the beginning value for the range in the
Start Organization field and the ending value of the range in the
End Organization field.
- From Beginning: Select this option to include all the records from the beginning of the available records to a specific record in the range. You must enter the last value for the range in the
End Organization field. The
Start Organization field is disabled for this option.
- To End: Select this option to include all the records from a specific record to the end of all the available records. You must enter the value from which the range should begin in the
Start Organization field. The
End Organization field is disabled for this option.
