Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Managers/HR Reps By Organization Screen.

Table Window

Field Description
Organization

Click and enter, or use to select, the organization that is associated with the first level manager.

First Level Manager

Enter, or use to select, the employee ID of the first level manager who belongs with the entered home organization. This is a required field.

Name

This field displays the name of the selected first level manager.

Second Level Manager

Enter, or use to select, the employee ID of the second level manager who belongs with the entered home organization. This is an optional field.

Name

This field displays the name of the selected second level manager.

Human Resources Representative

Enter, or use to select, the employee ID of the human resources representative, if applicable. This is an optional field.

Name

The name of the selected human resources representative displays here.

Supervisor Enter, or click to select, the employee ID of the supervisor for the home organization, if applicable.
Supervisor Name This field displays the name of the selected supervisor.
