Opportunities Subtask

Use this subtask to link opportunities to the organizational conflict of interest (OCI) record.

You can link multiple opportunities to an OCI record. Once you enter an opportunity ID, Costpoint automatically populates the other fields with values for that opportunity as entered on the Manage Opportunities screen.

Click New to add a new line.

Field Description
Opportunity ID

Enter, or click to select, the opportunity ID that you want to link to the OCI record. The lookup contains all records saved from all your Costpoint companies.

After you save the record, the opportunity ID displays as a hyperlink that you can click to open the Manage Opportunities screen and view additional information about the opportunity. If you click a link for an opportunity that does not belong to the company you are currently logged in to, the Manage Opportunities screen displays a blank record.

Opportunity Name This field displays the opportunity name.
Company ID This field displays the company the opportunity belongs to.
Primary Customer This field displays the primary customer linked to the opportunity. Customers and prospective customers can be displayed in this field.
Date Opened This field displays the date on which the company identified the opportunity and began pursuing the job.
Date Closed This field displays the date on which the opportunity was closed.
Opportunity Status This field displays the status of the opportunity.
OCI Status This field displays the status of the OCI as indicated on the Manage Opportunities screen.
