Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Benefit Plans-Current Beneficiaries Subtask

View your current benefit plans and your beneficiaries. You can use it to specify the beneficiary type and allocation percent for each beneficiary, for each plan

Benefit Plans - Current Beneficiaries

Field Description
Plan

This non-editable field displays all of your benefit plans that are currently attached to dependents/beneficiaries.

Beneficiary

This non-editable field displays all of your beneficiaries for each benefit plan listed.  

Relationship

This non-editable field displays the relationship of the beneficiary to you.

Type

Select the type of beneficiary from this drop-down box. Valid options are Primary, Contingent, and Neither.

Allocation %

This field displays the percentage allocation based on the selected dependent and the selected Type for each beneficiary. o change the allocation %, type directly in the field.

Note: Selecting "Neither" from the Type drop-down box disables the Allocation % field.
