Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Activities Subtask

Use this subtask to view activities related to the opportunity.

All fields on this subtask are read-only. Values come from the Manage Activities screen or the Activities subtask in Manage Opportunities. However, you can do a query to see if you are an activity owner or a resource of any records, or if there are pending tasks assigned to you. You can also track records based on activity date, completed date, and other options available on this subtask.

If you want to add or edit activities associated with the opportunity you are accessing, use the Manage Activities screen or the Activities subtask of the Manage Opportunities screen.

Field Description
Activity ID This field displays the unique ID that identifies the activity.
Description This field displays the description for the activity.
Activity Date This field displays the activity date.
Subject This field displays the activity subject (for example, client visit, initial meeting, or post award debriefing).
Priority

This field displays the priority of the activity. Valid values include:

  • None
  • Low
  • Medium
  • High
Activity Owner This field displays the employee who is the owner of this activity.
Completed

If selected, this check box indicates that the activity has been completed.

Method This field displays the activity method (for example, email, meeting, phone call, or task).
Completed Date This field displays the date the Completed check box was selected.
Location This field displays the location of the activity.
Opportunity ID

This field displays the opportunity ID from the header screen. The unlabeled field to the right displays the opportunity name.

Contract ID

This field displays the contract ID associated with the activity. The unlabeled field to the right displays the contract name.

Subcontract ID

This field displays the subcontract ID associated with the activity. The unlabeled field to the right displays the subcontract name.

Notes This field displays additional notes or comments about the activity.
