Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Client Data Tab

Use this tab to view or select customer/client information that you want to include in the Costpoint to GovWin Capture Management Integration process.

When you select the check box of an object on this tab, you must select the parameter ID that contains the export settings of that object.

You must create the export parameters on the Configure Customer Options screen before using this tab. These parameter IDs should have CP7X_VSWS (GovWin Capture Management web services) selected on the Version drop-down list so that they will be available on this tab.

Field Description
Transfer Client/Customer Information Data (CLNT_BASIC)

Select this check box to include client/customer basic information in the export process.

Parameter

Enter, or click binoculars.gif to select, the parameter ID that contains the export settings for client/customer basic information.

Print Client Basic Log

Select this check box to print the detailed record log for client/customer basic.

Transfer Client/Customer Address Data (CLNT_ADDR)

Select this check box to include client/customer address information in the export process.

Print Client Address Log

Select this check box to print the detailed record log for client/customer address.

Select this check box to include client/customer contact information in the export process.
