Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

My Menu Dashpart Settings

Click on the dashpart to review or modify the settings for My Menu.

Options

Field Description
Sort By

Select how Costpoint displays the links on the dashpart. Valid options are:

  • Menu Seq No: This option is selected by default. Keep it selected to display the My Menu applications based on the sequence specified on the Configure User Preferences screen.

  • Menu Title: Select this option to display the My Menu applications based on the menu title specified on the Configure User Preferences screen.

If you changed the field value, be sure to click Save to have your change reflected on the dashpart. Click Close to close the Options dialog box.

You can also modify settings for this dashpart and the other dashparts using the Manage Dashparts dialog box.
