Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Manage Journal Entry Preprocessor Settings

Use this screen to configure import settings for the Import Journal Entries preprocessor.

This screen consists of two main group boxes:

  • Replacement Methods: Choose the method by which the preprocessor replaces invalid data with the Replacement Values.
  • Replacement Values: Designate the values to be used for replacement.

Complete this screen and save your selections before running the Journal Entry preprocessor. The preprocessor uses the data replacement method that you choose to replace invalid charging data with the replacement values that you provide.
