Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Add Activity Subtask

Use this subtask to add a new activity, option, or group to the sequence of activities in the workflow.

Select an item at the same or previous level of the new item before using this subtask. The location of the new item is based on the selected item in the Activities table window of the Manage Workflow Models screen.

Field Description
Name

Use this field to enter a name for this activity, activity with options, option, or activity group. After you have added the new activity to the Activities table window, you can modify the data for this activity by selecting it in the Activities table window and then use the Activity, Activity With Options, or Option subtask.

Level

Use the options in this group box to indicate the level for this activity, activity with options, option, or activity group.

Field Description
Top

Select this option to add this activity as the top level as shown in the Activities Structure > field.

Same

Select this option to add this activity to the bottom of the same level as the currently selected activity the Activities table window. For example, if the Activity 1 is at the second level, as displayed in the Activities Structure field, the new activity is inserted at the same level below Activity 1.

Next

Select this option to add this activity under the currently selected activity (usually an activity group) in the Activities table window. This heirarchy displays in the Activities Structure field.

Type

Use the options in this group box to classify this activity as an activity, activity group, activity with options, or option. Your selection also determines the sequence of activities in the in-progress workflow.

Select this option to classify this item as an activity group.

Activity With Options

Select this option to classify this item as an activity with options.

Option

Select this option to classify this item as an option.

Add

Click this button to add this activity to the Activities table window.
