Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the View User Extensions Inquiry Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the View User Extensions Inquiry screen.

Field Description
User This field displays the logged-in user ID by default but is editable. Enter, or click to select, the ID of the user or user group to search extensions for.
Application Enter, or click to select, the application ID to search extensions for. When you enter or select a valid application ID in this field, App name automatically displays the application name, and Result Set becomes disabled.
App name This field displays the descriptive name for this Application.
Result Set If you left Application blank, use this field to enter, or click to select, the result set ID to search extensions for. When you enter or select a valid result set ID in this field, Application becomes disabled.

Assigned Extensibility Units

If you enter or select a value in either Application or Result Set, this table window displays a list of extensibility units that are assigned to the user or user group for the specified application or result set.

Field Description
Profile Priority Number This field displays the priority number of the user interface (UI) profile assigned to this user or user group. This number determines which UI profile takes precedence in case several UI profiles are assigned to the user or user group.
UI Profile ID This field displays the UI profile ID assigned to this user or user group.
UI Profile Name This field displays the descriptive name for this UI Profile ID.
Profile Assigned to Company This field displays the company with which this UI profile is associated.
Ext Unit ID This field displays the extensibility unit ID associated with this UI Profile ID.
Extensibility Unit Name This field displays the descriptive name of this Ext Unit ID.
Extensibility Unit Order Number This field displays the order number of this Ext Unit ID. This number determines which extensibility unit takes precedence in case several extensibility units are assigned to the application.
Profile Assigned To Security User/Group This field displays the particular extensibility unit directly assigned to this user or user group.
User/Group Assigned to Company This field displays the company to which the extensibility unit is assigned.
