Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Enter Miscellaneous Inventory Receipts

Use the Enter Miscellaneous Inventory Receipts screen to enter receipt information about inventory parts received without a purchase order.

This screen is available only for users of Inventory.

Note: When you perform a clone or reverse transaction for a miscellaneous receipt, you can modify only the Receipt Qty after cloning or reversal takes place. All other data comes from the original transaction and cannot be modified. Reversing quantities cannot exceed the original transaction quantity. When you clone, please be sure that all data is accurate. An incorrect clone or reverse transaction (or when you add or delete records) may result in inaccurate system data.
