  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Pending Expenses Dashpart

The Pending Expenses dashpart is a numerical table that displays the labor and expense amounts that have not yet been posted. It also includes the inception-to-date (ITD) actual amount with pending added so you can see the total expenses for your projects. The data on this dashpart comes from Costpoint Planning.

Note: If you do not have access to Costpoint Planning, you will not see this dashpart. If you try to add this dashpart to the dashboard using Manage Dashparts, Costpoint displays a message informing you that you are not licensed for this product.

Pending expenses that display are only those for projects (including lower-level projects) that are assigned to you. The ITD actuals are based on Target burden amount by default, but you can change this setting on the Options dialog box, which you can access by clicking .

Lines are sorted by ITD Actual + Pending in descending order. When lines exceed the dashpart view, use the scroll bar on the right side of the dashpart to scroll through the list.

Drill-Through

In the Project Name column, click a project name link to open the Project Status (SPA5) screen for that project in Costpoint Planning, where you can run the Project Status Report. This report enables you to access your project's financial status and drill down into the details of the project costs.

Note: Depending on your security rights, Costpoint may display a message indicating that you do not have access to a drill-through application.
