Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Migrate GovWin Capture Management Lookup Values into Costpoint

Use the steps as guidelines for importing GovWin Capture Management lookup values to Costpoint using the Migrate GovWin Capture Management Data screen.

Note: You need to perform this task before migrating customers, opportunities, and/or contracts.

To migrate lookup values from Capture Management to Costpoint:

  1. Go the Lookups tab of the Manage Capture Management Data screen, select lookups for customers/opportunities/contracts, and then run the migration process.
  2. Go to the Manage Element Value Mappings Screen, enter the following, and then click Autoload:
    • Interface ID: Enter or select VSWS_CP7X (GovWin Capture Management Data Migration).
    • Element ID: Enter the element ID for the customer/opportunity/contract lookup.
  3. The Element Value Mapping table displays the migrated lookup values under the Source Value field. If you migrate the lookup values for the first time, the application assigns a Target Value of "X" for each corresponding source value.
  4. Change all "X" target values to the proper value for Costpoint, and then save your changes.
