Print Organization List
Use this screen to verify your organization structure and elements after you enter them on the Manage Organization Structures screen and the Manage Organization Elements screen.
The Organization List report contains the following information:
- Organization code and name
- Organization abbreviation
- Active status
- Active period
- Taxable entity
You can print this report at any time. This report is not part of the audit trail, so you do not need to retain copies of it. However, you may want to keep a current copy of the report for reference purposes.
Note: You can apply organizational security to this screen. Use organizational security to grant or deny rights for individual users to view or update information for specific organizations. For more information about organizational security and how to apply it, see the related topic on
