Description |
Enter a unique description for new rating codes. For existing rating codes, you can modify this field for both user- and system-defined rating codes only if the code is not assigned to a format that has been used on an opportunity assessment. If the code is assigned to a format but that format has not yet been used on any opportunity assessment record, you can change the description. |

Show in Lookup |
This check box is selected by default for both user- and system-defined rating codes, but you can modify it. Keep it selected to display the rating code in the lookup of the Assessment Code field on the Manage Opportunity Assessment Formats screen. Only those codes that are available in the lookup can be used for new records in Manage Opportunity Assessment Formats. If you clear this check box, you will not be able to assign the rating code to an assessment format. If you have already assigned the rating code to an assessment format and then you clear this check box, the assessment format will not be affected. |
