Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Details/Addresses Tab

Use this tab to enter additional details and labels to be used for the opportunity, and view address and contact information for primary and acquisition agencies linked to the opportunity.

Additional Details

Use this group box to specify the opportunity long name and description, and enter labels to be used for the opportunity.

Field Description
Long Name Enter the long name for the opportunity. If the opportunity is imported from GovWin IQ, this field defaults to the GovWin IQ opportunity long name, but you can change it.
Full Description Enter the full description of the opportunity. If the opportunity is imported from GovWin IQ, this field defaults to the GovWin IQ opportunity full description, but you can change it.
Key words Enter any keywords that classify the opportunity. You can assign specific keywords to just one opportunity record, or apply them to multiple opportunity records. You can use Query on these keywords to filter record results.
Label 1-10

The labels of these fields default from the Label 1 to Label 10 names set up on the Configure Opportunity Settings screen. You must enter a value if the field is marked as Required in Configure Opportunity Settings and if the current stage of the opportunity (Stage field on the Status tab) is the same as or occurs prior to the As of Stage value of the field in Configure Opportunity Settings.

You set up the sequence of the stages on the Manage Opportunity Stages screen.

Addresses

Use this group box to view addresses and contact information for the primary agency, acquisition agency, and prime contractor identified on the General tab.

Address Code is the only editable field in this group box.

Field Description
Agency Name This field displays the primary or acquisition agency name.
Customer Name This field displays the name of the primary customer, acquisition customer, or prime contractor.
Address Code This field displays the address code used for the primary agency, acquisition agency, or prime contractor. You can edit this field. Enter, or click to select, an address code.
Address This group box displays the address of the primary agency, acquisition agency, or prime contractor. It contains lines 1-3, city, state/province, postal code, and country of the agency or prime contractor address.
Phone This field displays the primary phone number for the address.
Other Phone This field displays the other phone number for the address.
Fax This field displays the fax number for the address.
Email Address This field displays the email address for the address.
