Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Sales Tax Subtask

Use the Sales Task subtask on the View Receivables and Collections screen to view detailed sales tax information for the selected invoice.

Field Description
Invoice Number

This displays the invoice number that is entered for this transaction on the Manage Accounts Receivable History screen.

Customer Account

This displays the customer account from the View Receivables and Collections screen.

Customer Name

This displays the customer name from the View Receivables and Collections screen.

Table Window

Field Description
Sales Tax Code

This column displays the sales tax code for the tax that was recorded.

Sales Tax Amount

This column displays the sales tax amount that was charged to the sales tax code on this row.

OK

Click the OK button to save entries on this screen and close the screen.
