Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Equipment Subtask

Use the Equipment subtask to specify the equipment used in the labor operation.

You must first define the equipment in the Equipment screen.

Set up this subtask when defining operations and maintain it whenever modifications are necessary.

Table Window

Field Description
Equipment

Enter, or click to select, the equipment ID.

Name

This field displays the description associated with the selected equipment ID. If the Equipment field is blank, you can enter or click to select an equipment through its name.

Type

This field displays the type assigned to the equipment you selected:

  • Machine
  • Tooling
  • Test
Manufacturer

This field displays the ID of the equipment manufacturer.

Manufacturer Name

This field displays the manufacturer's name.

Vendor

This field displays the vendor's ID for this equipment.

Vendor Name

This field displays the vendor's name.

Model

This field displays the model number of the equipment.

Serial

This field displays the equipment's serial number.
