Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Commitments Inquiry Screen Results Table

The Commitments Inquiry Results table displays the current expense commitments as determined by the criteria you selected .

The Results that display depend on whether you sorted by Employee or Project.

Column Headings with Results Sorted by Employee

If you sort by Employee, the following columns display in the table on the Results table:

  • Employee
  • Employee Name
  • Commitment Amount
  • Base Currency
  • Commitment Calculated Time/Date

    Based on the criteria and parameters you selected, a row displays in the Results table for each employee who has expense commitments. The Commitment Amount column displays the total amount per employee.

Column Headings with Results Sorted by Project

If you sort by Project, the following columns display in the table:

  • Project
  • Commitment Amount
  • Base Currency
  • Commitment Calculated Time/Date

    Based on the criteria and parameters you selected, a row displays on the Results table for each UDT02 that has outstanding expense commitments. The Commitment Amount column displays the total amount per project UDT02.
