Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Selected Impacted Groups Subtask

Use this subtask to select impacted groups for this Engineering Change type.

Impacted Groups Table Window

Field Description
Impacted Group

This field displays all the groups entered on the Manage EC Impacted Functional Groups screen.

Description

This field displays the group name associated with the group.

Select

Highlight a row and click this button to select impacted groups to be affected by a particular EC type.

Selected Impacted Group Table Window

Field Description
Selected Impacted Group This field displays all the impacted groups you selected from the Impacted Group table window.
Description This field displays the impacted group description associated with the impacted group that you selected.
