  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

NDA Subtask

Use this subtask whenever you need to browse for, add, or launch non-disclosure agreement (NDA) documents from a network location, and associate them to subcontracts.

You can also use this subtask to add pertinent notes about the NDA.

A non-disclosure agreement may be required by some prime contractors when working with a vendor on a project. This agreement is signed by the vendor, declaring that they will not share information about the project with anyone else.

Field Description
Date Received Enter, or click to select, the date on which the NDA document was received.
Details Enter important details regarding the NDA document.
Expiration Date Enter, or click to select, the expiration date of the NDA.
File Location

Enter, or click to select, the location of the NDA document.

This is the alternate file location where the NDA document is stored, and from where it will be retrieved. The location can be a network location or a content management location such as SharePoint.

File Name

Enter, or click to select, the file name of the NDA document.

This is the file name of the actual NDA document that is stored in the alternate file location.

View NDA

Click this button to download the NDA document.

When you click this button, a prompt that asks if you want to open or save the document displays.
