Part Documents Subtask
The Part Documents subtask displays a list of the documents that are assigned to the selected component part line on the main screen.
Establish documents on the Manage Documents and Release Documents screens. Assign documents to standard parts on the Manage Parts screen. Assign documents to provisional parts in the Documents subtask of the Manage Provisional Part Types screen.

This field displays the ID of the document associated with the part. |

This field displays the revision of the document associated with the part. |

This field displays the name of document associated with the part. |
Status |
If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen, the status of the document displays here. The system-defined options are:

If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen, the document size displays here. |
Media |
If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen, the document media code displays here. |
CAGE |
If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen, the document CAGE (Contractor and Government Entity) code displays here. |
Sheets |
If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen, the number of sheets in the document displays here. |
Organization |
If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen, the organization assigned to the document displays here. |
Maintenance Group |
If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen, the document maintenance group displays here. |
Location |
This field indicates where this document is stored on the network. |
Last ECN |
If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen, the last ECN associated with this document displays here. You can access ECN information in the Engineering Change Notices module. |
ECN Pending |
If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen, this field displays Y (Yes) if the document is referenced on an engineering change notice (ECN) that is pending. Otherwise, this field displays N (No). |
Effective Starting Date |
This field displays the date when the document becomes effective for the part. |
Effective Ending Date |
This field displays the date when the document stops being effective for the part. |
Configuration |
This field displays the configuration of the part. |
Print on Assembly Sheets |
This field displays Y (Yes) if this document is to be referenced for this part on manufacturing order assembly sheets, and N (No) if not. |
Print on Routing Travelers |
This field displays Y (Yes) if this document is to be referenced for this part on routing travelers, and N (No) if not. |
Print on Receipt Travelers |
This field displays Y (Yes) if this document is to be referenced for this part on receipt travelers, and N (No) if not. |
Print on POs |
This field displays Y (Yes) if this document is to be referenced for this part on purchase orders, requisitions, and requests for quotes, and N (No) if not. |
