Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

American Express (Amex) Record Mappings

The file that you receive from Amex has a distinct layout that identifies header and detail transaction information. There are 13 Amex KR 1025 record mapping layouts:

  • Record 0 Mapping - This mapping details header information for each file.
  • Record 1 Common Mapping - This layout identifies detail information for each expense.  
  • Record 1 Car Rental Mapping - This layout identifies detail information for fields 614 through 819 as they relate to car rental expenses.
  • Record 1 Hotel Mapping - This layout identifies detail information for fields 614 through 819 as they relate to hotel expenses.
  • Record 1 Telephone Mapping - This layout identifies detail information for fields 614 through 819 as they relate to telephone expenses.
  • Record 1 Airline Mapping - This layout identifies detail information for fields 614 through 819 as they relate to airline expenses.
  • Record 1 Retail Mapping - This layout identifies detail information for fields 614 through 819 as they relate to retail expenses.
  • Record 1 Restaurant Mapping - This layout identifies detail information for fields 614 through 819 as they relate to restaurant expenses.
