Voucher Number Non-Contiguous Ranges Subtask

Use this subtask of the Reverse Posted Vouchers screen to create a customized, non-contiguous list of voucher numbers.

Use this subtask whenever you want to reverse several vouchers whose voucher numbers are not sequential.

Click to enable the table window. Then set the range type and the starting/ending voucher numbers. Costpoint does not validate the voucher numbers.

Field Description
Range Type

Use this drop-down list to select the range of vouchers to be included. Valid options are:

  • One: Select this option to include only one voucher and then enter that voucher in the Starting Voucher Number field.
  • Range: Select this option to include a contiguous range of vouchers. Enter the beginning voucher for the range in the Starting Voucher Number field and enter the ending voucher of the range in the Ending Voucher Number field.
Note: The Range Type drop-down list have several selections, but you can only select One and Range.
Starting Voucher Number

Use this field to enter the starting voucher number of the non-contiguous range.

Ending Voucher Number

Use this field to enter the ending voucher number of the non-contiguous range.
