Use this screen to view extensive information for all requisitions entered in Costpoint Procurement Planning, and also to trace requisitions throughout the entire procurement planning process. You can access requisition information in the Manage Purchase Requisitions, Approve Purchase Requisitions, and Approve Purchase Requisition Lines screens.
Use this screen any time you need detailed information regarding a requisition. You can view the status of any requisition in the system, purchase order information generated from requisitions, and quotes received from vendors for requisitions requiring quotes.
After entering your options, click on the toolbar to display the results on the table window.
Use this field to enter, or click to select, the requisition number for which you are inquiring.
If you leave the Requisition field blank, you can use this field to search for requisitions associated with a requisitioner.
Use this field to enter, or click to select, the requisitioner whose requisitions you want to find. The requisitioner's name automatically displays in the field to the right.
If you leave the Requisition field blank, you can use this field to search for requisitions associated with a requisitioner organization.
Use this field to enter, or click to select, the organization ID number for all requisitions whose requisitioner belongs to the organization number.
If you leave the Requisition field blank, you can use this field to search for requisitions associated with a project ID.
Use this field to enter, or click to select, a full project ID (for an exact match), or enter the beginning of a project ID in order to search for requisition information. You must then specify in the Project Selection Criteria drop-down list whether to search for an exact match or all projects that begin with the value in this field.
Use this drop-down list to specify whether to search for an exact match (Exact Match) or all projects that begin with (Begins With) the value in the Project ID field.
Use this group box to focus your inquiry on requisition status. Select the requisition statuses you want to include in this inquiry.
Select this check box to include all pending requisitions in the inquiry.
Select this check box to include all in approval requisitions in the inquiry.
Select this check box to include all approved requisitions in the inquiry.
Select this check box to include all rejected requisitions in the inquiry.
Select this check box to include all completed or closed requisitions in the inquiry.
Select this check box to include all generated requisitions in the inquiry.
Select this check box to include all voided requisitions in the inquiry.
This table windows displays the result of your inquiry after you click on the toolbar.
This field displays the identification code for this requisition.
This field displays the number of revisions this requisition has undergone.
This field displays the header status of the requisition. These statuses are:
Pending - This status indicates that this requisition is pending approval.
In Approval - This status indicates that this requisition is in the approval process.
Approved - This status indicates that this requisition was approved.
Rejected - This status indicates that this requisition was rejected.
Complete/Closed - This status indicates that this requisition is complete or closed.
PO Generated - This status indicates that this requisition was generated by a purchase order.
Void - This indicates that this requisition is invalid.
This field displays the date when this requisition was created.
This field displays the subcontract ID associated with the requisition. Click the Subcontract link to access the subcontract record on the Manage Subcontracts screen.
This field displays the identification code of the requisitioner.
This field displays the name of the requisitioner.
This field displays the organization with which the requisitioner is associated.
This field displays the descriptive name of the requisitioner organization.
This field displays the transaction currency code assigned to this requisition. All monetary amounts on this screen are in transaction currency, unless otherwise denoted by functional currency.
This field displays the total dollar amount for this requisition. This value is derived from the Total Est Cost Amount field (in transaction currency) in the Currency Line subtask of the Manage Purchase Requisitions screen.
This field displays the total amount for this requisition in functional currency. If the transaction currency and functional currency are different, the value in this field is calculated by multiplying the value in the Est Total Amt field on this screen with the value in the Trans to Func field in the Exchange Rates subtask of the Manage Purchase Requisitions screen.
This field displays the identification code of the buyer for this requisition, if only one buyer was chosen to process all requisition lines.
If this field is blank, it indicates multiple buyers were assigned to process the lines for this requisition. You can view these buyers in the Req Lines subtask.
This field displays the name of the buyer.
This field displays the approval process that this requisition undergoes if requisitions are approved at the header level, based on the Configure Purchase Requisition Settings screen.
If this field is blank, it indicates that approvals are done at the line level. You can view these approvals in the Req Lines subtask.
This field displays pre procurement type code from this requisition, if only one code was assigned to all requisition lines.
If this field is blank, it indicates that either no procurement type code was assigned to the requisition lines or unique procurement type codes were assigned for each line. You can view these procurement type codes in the Req Lines subtask.
This field displays the user ID of the individual who created the requisition.
This field displays the number of times this requisition was printed. This field displays N if this requisition has never been printed.
This field displays the date on which the entry user created this requisition.
This field displays Yes if this requisitions is over budgeted against its project ID. Otherwise this field displays No.
This field is left blank If you did not select the Over Budget Validation check box in the Configure Purchase Requisition Settings screen.
This field displays the date on which this requisition was assigned to a buyer.
This field displays the date on which the requisitioner has recommended that the buyer place the purchase order so that the item will be received by the requested date.
This field displays any header notes for this requisition.
This field displays the phone number of the entry user.
This field displays the extension number of the entry user, if applicable.
This field displays the number of quotes (based on the value in the Procurement Type field) that a buyer should obtain before processing this requisition into a purchase order.
This field displays a description of the reason for reapproving this requisition.
This check box displays whether the requisition is for creating subcontractor agreements. If this is selected, requisition lines can only be generated into a PO of type Subcontractor Agreement, Subcontractor Agreement Blanket, or Subcontractor Agreement Release.
If the requisition is specified as a Subcontractor Agreement, the buyer has to be authorized to enter a PO type of Subcontractor Agreement, Subcontractor Agreement Blanket, or Subcontractor Agreement Release.
This field displays the subcontract ID that the requisition is linked to. Click the subcontract link to access the subcontract record on the Manage Subcontracts screen.
This check box displays as selected to indicate that the associated resource requires US citizenship.
This field displays whether the resource must be authorized for International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) restricted items.
This field displays the security clearance required for the resources associated with the requisition line.
This field displays the description of the security clearance that the resource associated with the requisition needs to have.
This field displays the level of the security clearance that the resource associated with the requisition needs to have.
This field displays whether the security clearance that the resource associated with the purchase order line has been cleared for sensitive compartmented information (SCI).
This field displays whether the security clearance that the resource associated with the purchase order line has to be cleared for special access program (SAP).
This field displays the name of the agency that issued the security clearance.
